…It’s been 4 months since i got injured. When i went for the scan it showed that i had a meniscus tear on my right knee. It’s been a long road but i finally had the operation on the 22 January – it went very well. I had a check up with the surgeon Dr. Brad Gelbart 10 days after the surgery, and he gave me the nod that everything is in order. I’ve also been busy with physiotherapy and my knee is getting stronger every day. i don’t use crutches anymore, so i’m very happy about that because it shows that there is improvement, and i’m healing.

It’s almost 3 weeks since i had the operation, so 3 more weeks, and i should be able to start working out.

For now i’m just taking it easy and gathering all my strength.

Really can’t wait to start training again! I’ve been out for too long, but luckily for me i’m naturally fit so it won’t take long to get back to my normal fitness…
